seller called off a large postcard and said They owed 110,000 and if they could get 2,000 cash it's mine.

When asked why they were selling they said their daughter was renting the house and stopped paying rent and are tired of dealing with her about it. Some more talk about an abusive boyfriend blah blah blah.

Recent comps range between 160,000 and 190,000.
