Purchase price: $59,900
Cash invested: $300

23.5 acres of wooded land on a state highway, comercially zoned, was overgrown for 18 years spent many hours clearing out property to make it suitable for recreational activities. Selecting billboard company's to lease my property, and selling lumber to Forestry company.

What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?

Had a neighbor that bought land in his younger years and said it was best physical investment shared stories of his property value increased several fold and how he would make thousands of dollars by allowing forestry company's to log his property.

Found on Craigslist, bought for asking price.

How did you add value to the deal?

Put in man hours clearing the property in the process of putting in a second culvert for vehicle access to a section separated by a creek
