What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?

My Dad taught me everything I know.

How did you find this deal and how did you negotiate it?

Put the work in and looked a many properties at the time that I would want to live in as well as be a multifamily property.

How did you finance this deal?

FHA

How did you add value to the deal?

Made it like I would want to live there.

What was the outcome?

My cost to live here has been very little.
