Investment Info:

Single-family residence fix & flip investment.

Purchase price: $29,500
Cash invested: $1,500
Sale price: $55,000

Quick flip!

How did you find this deal and how did you negotiate it?

Bought this from an auction and sold it the next week for a nice profit.

Lessons learned? Challenges?

You don't always have to do all the work! This was going to be a huge project - 6 months + - but I was able to find an investor willing to buy pre-rehab. I took the profit and bought a much easier flip and was able to get out of two deals in the time this one house would have taken just to fix.
