I purchased the home out of college the same week I started my career and slowly renovated each room while living in it. I then house hacked with Airbnb out of the residence for about a year. After getting married, we moved out and turned it in to a long term rental. It is a great cash flowing property right now and plan to hold on to this home for a very long time!
