Package deal for $132900. Is this a deal?
There are 2 2-bedroom 2 bathroom homes side by side one going for 65000 with 965 sq ft and the price per square ft in the area is about $106, and the other one going for 67900 with 675 square ft. I think I have to buy both homes for 132900 in order to even buy them. What other things do I need to consider before determining if this is a deal?
