Second Wholesale Deal!

Investment Info:

Small multi-family (2-4 units) wholesale investment in Shamokin.

Purchase price: $15,000

Closing on this duplex on October 22, 2021. Wholesale offer at 15,000. Cash buyer (Landlord) captured the contract for 32,500. Fantastic second wholesale deal at 17,500 profit. You have to show up!

What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?

no large up front costs

How did you find this deal and how did you negotiate it?

Facebook market place! Made a full price offer at 15,000. Seller needed the contract to pre-qualify for a new house (POF).

How did you finance this deal?

No financing needed :)

How did you add value to the deal?

I showed up! Quick and with a pen. Constant, respectful, professional communication and eagerness.

What was the outcome?

Happy wholesaler, happy seller, happy landlord!
