Single-family residence buy & hold investment in Lighthouse Point.

Purchase price: $820,000
Cash invested: $280,000

My partner and I closed on this gorgeous single family home in the neighborhood of lighthouse point. We’re looking forward to a solid year of cash flow from this property as we spend our time looking for the next one to jump on.
