I'm seeing that my social networks are becoming more and more interested in real estate investing and I was thinking of starting to document and promote local rehab projects to get them excited about new homes coming on the market as well as potentially getting involved in investing themselves.

If you are a rehabber in the Seattle area (Snohomish preferred) and you have some projects (either already completed, active, or in prep) that you would be willing to share, I would love to talk to you. Thank you!
