Investment Info:

Townhouse buy & hold investment.

Purchase price: $520,000
Cash invested: $60,000

Purchased property while I was living in Hawaii. Over the 5 years I was there I updated the property. turned this property into a rental in late 2018. In early 2021 I took advantage of low interest rates and refinanced to increase cash flow.
