Condo buy & hold investment in South Boston.

Purchase price: $535,000
Cash invested: $26,750

I can't help but be bullish on the South Boston real estate market. National Development has big plans for the neighborhood and new condos pop up quicker than I can keep track. Living with a roommate to generate some rental income :)
