Investment Info:

Single-family residence fix & flip investment in Lincoln.

Purchase price: $30,000
Cash invested: $10,000
Sale price: $60,000

The house was an old church parsonage, the church was purchased separately and the house relisted. We bought the house to live in while my wife finished college. we fixed the house up the way we wanted in and it just so happen to be what others like.

How did you add value to the deal?

I bought this house as a 4 bed 2 bath. I turned it into a 3 bed house with an oversized master instead of the two small bedrooms. knocked wall out between kitchen and dining room to open everything up. resided house to make it look new again.

Did you work with any real estate professionals (agents, lenders, etc.) that you'd recommend to others?

Seth Goodman of me realty in Lincoln IL. He was awesome to work with, had the house sold in the perfect time frame.
