Condo buy & hold investment.

Purchase price: $299,000
Cash invested: $299,000

Cash offer. Collecting rent $1600/month. Now is on listing for sale, asking $399,000

What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?

I didn't have any knowledge of real estate investing back then. This is the most convenient option.

How did you finance this deal?

100K from my own saving, 100K from mom, and 100K from dad

How did you add value to the deal?

An ideal investment for rookies like me. Thanks to the location it's easy to rent out. I've never had a vacancy period.

What was the outcome?

Easy to manage, collecting income each month.
