Investment Info:

Single-family residence buy & hold investment.

Purchase price: $265,000
Cash invested: $8,000

Never overlook the easy ones. Helped my Dad buy this home with his VA loan. I paid closing costs. Now his VA checks pay the mortgage. In less than 2 years home is now worth $320,000.
