What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?

None of my money involved except for 200 dollars for postcards

How did you find this deal and how did you negotiate it?

First two were through driving for dollars and sending postcards, the third was through a referral.

How did you finance this deal?

Wholesale deal and Double close!

How did you add value to the deal?

Found property owners in tough situations to turn a deal into a win-win-win scenario.

That's awesome! I only made one deal in my first year -- like Day 364 -- because I was stuck in analysis paralysis on how to find deals.

And $57K is a healthy profit.

Congrats!
