Single-family residence buy & hold investment in Deltona.

Purchase price: $125,000
Cash invested: $125,000

3 beds/2 baths SFR in Deltona, FL. Bought cash and spent $15,000 with renovations. Tenants moved in immediately after renovations were over. Changed tenants twice but zero vacancy so far. Desired location and decent-size home.
