Investment Info:

Small multi-family (2-4 units) buy & hold investment.

Purchase price: $370,000
Cash invested: $15,000

I acquired my first investment property in April of 2020. I bought a duplex in South Minneapolis and currently live on one side with my Fiancé. With the help of some close family member/ Investors we were able to enter this home without using any of our own cash. We are excited to be on this journey together and can't wait to get the next investment.

How did you find this deal and how did you negotiate it?

We were able to find this house off market because of our awesome relator Sam Steadman.

How did you finance this deal?

We financed this deal using an FHA Loan.

How did you add value to the deal?

We are currently living in one side renovating the kitchen and basement at the same time.

Did you work with any real estate professionals (agents, lenders, etc.) that you'd recommend to others?

I would highly recommend Sam Steadman from Remax Results.
