Purchase price: $400,000
Cash invested: $18,560
Sale price: $590,000

Conventional Flip

How did you add value to the deal?

New flooring, painted cabinets and new counter tops

Lessons learned? Challenges?

I underestimated the limited amount of materials available on the market, resulted in 37 day contractor delay.
