Multiple properties on one lot?

Hello all,

Hope you guys are all doing well.

I am looking to purchase a property which is 4 properties on 1 lot and I was wondering if any of you guys have any experience in purchasing multiple properties on 1 lot? What are the pros and cons of going down that route?

There are total of 6 units, 4x2 bedrooms and 2x1 bedroom.

Any thoughts?
