Single family home in Austin TX, my first property

Investment Info:

Single-family residence buy & hold investment in Austin.

Purchase price: $230,000
Cash invested: $8,000

I saw that tesla was likely to build a campus right by the property, and it was really the last corner of Austin that was affordable, so I thought it would be a good bet :)
