Funding my first big purchase.
I see all the time how people get funding for big purchases with little or no money down. I have an opportunity to purchase a piece of property for $2 million and has a cap rate of 9.5%. How would you go about trying to fund that type of deal when you only have a few rentals under your belt and about $100k cash? I probably won't get this deal but I want to learn what others would do to get it and how they would go about it. I am ready for the next step but funding is my issue.
