Investment Info:

Condo buy & hold investment in Kihei.

Value-add condo, BRRRRnB STR. Purchased during COVID as seller could no longer carry costs. Asset appreciated > 10% of value in less than 6 months of ownership. Will hold and use revenue from 2021 to fund renovation in 2022.
