Investment Info:

Small multi-family (2-4 units) buy & hold investment in Grand Rapids.

Side by side brick ranch style duplex. Well maintained in a good residential neighborhood. Stabilized property by moving out one tenant and bringing both units to market rent. Plan to use cash flow from 2021-2022 to renovate in 2023.

What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?

Excellent neighborhood with excellent appreciation history.

How did you add value to the deal?

Targeted renovations in 2023 by using cash flow from 2021-2022.
