Investment Info:
Single-family residence buy & hold investment in Macon.
Purchase price: $28,000
Cash invested: $5,600
We grew a very comfortable relationship with the seller of one of our previous purchases and he offered us another property that he was selling at the closing of the previous purchase. We took a look at it and made an offer on the spot

It was in the same area as our other purchases around the same price
