Purchase price: $155,000
Cash invested: $20,000
Sale price: $464,000

Buy and hold in Southwest Austin one block away from one of Austin's top rated elementary schools. I gained over 300 percent ROI on this particular investment with minimal money put into it. The Austin market is a no brainer, especially for investors.
