Finding safe neighborhoods in Atlanta?

I'm trying to house hack and find a property within 20 minutes of Atlanta. I was looking at some properties in neighborhoods like Washington Park, Sandy Springs, etc. How do I find crime rates for more specific neighborhoods? I went on city-data.com, but it only goes down to the zip code level for crime rates.
