Hello I am a new investor, I recently bought a single family home, primary purpose being for renting. The handy man working on it says he would like to buy it at 12% more then my price. I am not sure how much information is appropriate to post here, it will be great if an expert can give advise or let me know how much more information do you need to give advise. Thanks
