Calculating Revenue Assumptions on Owner Occupied Multis

Hi everyone,

Was hoping to get some guidance on what's probably a simple newbie question.

When calculating your revenue assumptions on a multi-family owner occupied unit - in order to analyze the deal are you calculating the rent you will be paying on your own unit in the revenue projections? Even if for example the entire mortgage was covered by the non owner occupied unit? I'm assuming the answer is probably yes on this but I wanted to make sure I wasn't mistaken since that has a great impact on cash flow projections obviously.

Thanks in advance :)
