Investment Info:

Small multi-family (2-4 units) buy & hold investment in Asheville.

Purchase price: $340,000
Cash invested: $100,000

Duplex in purchased in April 2021. Fully rented August 1st. Took longer than wanted to get up and running but that was due to labor shortages and lack of time on our end due to busy lives. Put 20% down and more upfront than originally thought, but its cash flowing $1400 a month. ($1000 when you take into account capex & repairs). Plan on pulling money back out of the deal in the next year or so to reinvest.

Nice. By Ashville, do you mean Ashville OH? I live and invest in Columbus OH. I definitely recommend considering Columbus OH there are lots of job opportunities and population growth. Columbus has good cash flow and great appreciation which no other city in Ohio can match Columbus's appreciation.
