Investment Info:

Single-family residence buy & hold investment in Morrow.

Purchase price: $115,000
Cash invested: $17,220

Property was purchased for the equity and not the monthly cashflow. As well, we utilize the repairs and capitol improvement for write-offs. With the long term tenant of 12 years, the security of the small return is worth the risk of the monthly cashflow.

What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?

Knowing that the equity is there, should I ever need it.
