This Was my First Investment Property, Luckily I Came across a Family Friend who was like a Uncle that showed me how important it was to invest in Real Estate.

How did you find this deal and how did you negotiate it?

I used a realtor to find this deal at the time. I paid 6 K above Appraised value at the time.

How did you finance this deal?

I used a FHA Mortgage to Financed the deal.

How did you add value to the deal?

I add Value to this deal by upgrading the Bathrooms, and upgrading the Patio, I also did a nice job on the Land Scaping!

What was the outcome?

The Outcome was Awesome. Walked away with over 90K
