Purchase price: $315,000
Cash invested: $8,000

This house hack is a 2 bed 2 bath condo. Taking advantage of higher traffic and higher nightly rents through short term rental with airbnb. The estimated long term rents for 1 bedroom were 900$ per month and with airbnb the 1 bedroom rent has been 1400-1900$ a month on average.

How did you finance this deal?

VA loan

What was the outcome?

The outcome of this investment has been the opportunity to save the majority of my income at an enhanced rate while short term rental income covers the majority of my expenses.

Did you work with any real estate professionals (agents, lenders, etc.) that you'd recommend to others?
