Hello everyone I am looking for licensed contractors

I had a person that I hired in Naples Fl. But in turned out he hired subs to the work and I had to go down a do it myself. Needless to say I told him he was not going to get anymore money from me but he did end up with half.I need a good honest contractor with references.
