Single-family residence buy & hold investment in Welland.

Purchase price: $160,000
Cash invested: $30,000
Sale price: $230,000

6 bedroom student Reno conversion. Basement was a full gut to accommodate 3 beds, kitchen, bath, egress windows . Cash flow was 1200m pre tax.
