What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?
I lived here for many years before moving I decided to keep my house and rent it out.
How did you find this deal and how did you negotiate it?
A Realtor friend of mine owned it as a rental, I was looking for a place to buy for my personal home. He gave me a sweet deal.
How did you finance this deal?
FHA Loan, now paid off
How did you add value to the deal?
New roof, New A/C Unit, New Paint, Remodeled kitchen and front bathroom, New Pool Filter
What was the outcome?
I am now in my new home and my rental is rented on a 1 year lease to a family of 4
