Investment Info:

Condo other investment.

Purchase price: $580,000
Cash invested: $200,000

First property purchased. Renting it on a short term basis on booking platforms such as Airbnb.

What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?

The cashflow it generates by renting it short term.

How did you find this deal and how did you negotiate it?

I used to rent the property and the owner offered a seller's loan. Good purchase price as well.

How did you finance this deal?

Seller financing

What was the outcome?

Great investment. Should be paid off in 3 years.

@Caleb Brown 100-130k yearly, they are rented short term & some units make even more. I rent and sublease 26 of them and bought 3.
