Single-family residence fix & flip investment.

Purchase price: $150,000
Cash invested: $52,000

3 Bed, 1.5 Bath, 1,379 sf above grade 400 sf finished below grade total 1,779 sf

This is my 11th flip project

Friend of the family

New kitchen, remodeled bathrooms and refinished wood floors

What was the outcome?

Going on market June 24th

Lessons learned? Challenges?

Run water in all sinks, tubs etc, galvanized piping can corrode and in some cases need to be replaced. Knob & tube electric systems can be problematic.
