Townhouse buy & hold investment in Annville.

Purchase price: $103,750
Cash invested: $31,460
Sale price: $103,750

What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?

Rents go around $1200 or $500 per door.

How did you find this deal and how did you negotiate it?

Neighbor

How did you finance this deal?

Conventional Loan 20% down on 15 year loan at 2%

How did you add value to the deal?

Eliminated Realtor Fees

What was the outcome?

Close in August and move on to the next property.
