SFH: 4/2, 1500 sqft, asking price 199k, ARV in the high 200s, full reno required but completely surrounded by warehouses on all sides. Not sure if I can upload a picture to this post but it doesn't seem like I can in the app. I'll jump on my laptop this afternoon to see if I can upload it on the site.
