I have been approached twice now for funding in the purchase and sale for 7626 South Drexel in Chicago. After doing my due diligence, I determined that the deal appeared to be an attempt at fraud and I declined to provide funding. I won't publicly name any names of the players involved, but if you are approached about this transaction as either a buyer or funder, feel free to contact me and I can tell you privately what my experience was.
