Small multi-family (2-4 units) buy & hold investment in Andover.

Purchase price: $290,000
Cash invested: $75,000

This is me and my wife's very first deal !

What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?

By researching through books, podcasts, youtube etc.
I thought starting out with a duplex to learn would be a good starting point for us.

How did you find this deal and how did you negotiate it?

We used a realtor that we knew from college to negotiate the entire deal.

How did you finance this deal?

Saved up 25% for down payment and financed the rest with a bank.

Did you work with any real estate professionals (agents, lenders, etc.) that you'd recommend to others?

Keely Hillard from Keller Williams Realty
