Large multi-family (5+ units) other investment.

Purchase price: $65,000
Cash invested: $45,000

Developing 12 units on 1 acre parcel

Realtor friend recommended it to me.

cash and a personal loan from discover.

How did you add value to the deal?

worked with an engineer to develop the site plans and building plans

Did you work with any real estate professionals (agents, lenders, etc.) that you'd recommend to others?

I worked with agents, lenders, engineers, and Discover card. Herb Green with CAD JAZZ Engineering is the best around.
