[Calc Review] Help me analyze this deal

Hello everyone, I don't even know from where to start but as a newbie I have been going around the idea to house hacking and of course precisely with residential multifamily 2 to 4. I found this triplex to rehab and only cash term and first I don't have a minimum idea how much o rehab costs it would take to market it and sell it, what I know is that a similar property sold less than one year ago for 325,000 so I would like to have some advice and if any of you deems it as a good deal I don't care if you go for it but what I really need is some guide in how to funnel all the info I need to be 80% sure this property is a good investment.
