Property search (listing price vs estimated value)

Hi everyone!

Is there a place that i can setup estimated value in search preferences (filters) ?

I mean searching property with listing price less than 200K and estimated value 240K or %20 more.

I used to be able do that on RPR site.But after upgrade they took it off.

Any recommendations?
