Single-family residence wholesale investment.

Purchase price: $117,000
Cash invested: $10
Sale price: $122,000

Wholesale deal for a single family home in port charlotte, Fl closed in a great timeframe.

What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?

It was a good experience with a couple of challenges that got solved very simply and smoothly.

How did you find this deal and how did you negotiate it?

I got the deal from craigslist ads.

How did you finance this deal?

There was only my $10 earnest money deposit.

How did you add value to the deal?

I facilitated the connection between the seller Brian who needed the house sold and Gerald the buyer who flipped it for a large profit.

What was the outcome?

A smooth transaction with all the parties benefiting.
