Multi-Property deal analysis

Please forgive me if this is obvious and my searches were just trash.

I'm in the learning phase, so I'm just running numbers for on-list stuff. How do you handle deals like this that have multiple properties? Do you figure expenses, taxes and whatnot separately and just plug the bulk answers into the calculator?
