Puerto Rico HELOCs? Can this be done?
Does anyone have experience or know for a fact if you can get a HELOC on a property in Puerto Rico?
Our situation is that we bought our triplex in Rio Grande, PR with cash about 8 months ago. We use it as an investment property but also stay there 4mo/year. We want to HELOC it. Any insights are helpful. I plan to call Banco Popular later today to find out if they can guide me at all.
