First time deal assistance
Hi, this is my first deal. Ive been a member here for some time. I think im finally ready to jump in. However would like a little bit of confirmation i suppose to build confidence as well get pointers of what ive missed from the experienced.
this is a single family rental. Current owner claims it needs a window, the deck could use repair, roof will be soon (it is 13 years old) and the fence needs repaired. Current tennant will be out at end of June. Currently rented at 1300 per mo.
