This project is my 3rd project. I am partnering on the deal. And the great thing is I found a house full on shiplab. It was a 2/1 with 987 sq ft. We are making it a 2/2 by moving some walls around.

The opportunity to do a partnership and the property.

My partners where cold calling and found the property

How did you add value to the deal?

Changing the floor plan to a 2/2 from a 2/1. Plus making it more energy efficient.

Still working on it.
