Investment Info:

Single-family residence fix & flip investment.

Purchase price: $44,900
Cash invested: $67,000
Sale price: $140,900

Bought from a wholesaler. House had been vacant for 2 years & reeked of dog pee. Everything in it was original (1950's). Was a 2/1 cape cod with unfinished attic. We finished out the 'attic' space and added a master suite with large bath and 2 walk-in closets. Sold higher than anything in that neighborhood.
